Welcome to Dough.Miami, a local South Florida family bakery established in 2024. We commit ourselves to bringing the simple goodness of homemade sourdough bread to your table. We bake with the utmost care, using only six pure ingredients in our original sourdough: Organic Bread Flour, Water, Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Local Honey, Olive Oil, and Salt. Our new Naturally Leavened Croissant Sourdough includes added layers of organic butter, yielding a buttery, flaky twist on our perfected bread.

Our journey started with a passion for wholesome food crafted the proper way. Sourdough from the grocery store is rarely made with few ingredients and at a good price. Each loaf is naturally leavened, using the slow and authentic process that sourdough has traditionally demanded for thousands of years. As the Lord's Prayer reminds us, "Give us this day our daily bread" (Matthew 6:11, ESV). We hold this close to heart, believing that honest work and simple ingredients create something truly "holey".

Through meticulous attention and statistical analysis, we have mathematically perfected our recipe to deliver consistent quality in every bite.
