Welcome to Dough.Miami, a local South Florida family bakery established in 2024. We're committed to bringing the simple goodness of homemade sourdough bread to your table. We bake with care using just six pure ingredients: Organic Bread Flour, Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Local Honey, Olive Oil, and Salt.

Our journey began with a passion for wholesome food made the right way. Sourdough from the grocery store is rarely made with few ingredients and at a good price. Each loaf is naturally leavened, using the slow and authentic process that sourdough traditionally demands. As the Lord's Prayer reminds us, "Give us this day our daily bread" (Matthew 6:11, ESV). We hold this close to heart, believing that honest work and simple ingredients create something truly "holey".
